How to cook pasta from frozen (don't defrost first)
Just place the ravioli in boiling water and count three minutes from when the water comes back to the boil - even less if you like it 'al dente' or slightly firmer. Serve with a pasta sauce of your choice or a butter sauce mixed with your favourite herb. The strong porcini flavour needs only a light, creamy sauce or a butter sauce.
